New Attempt at Getting Approval for Residential Development at Kingston Site

Briar Homes have applied for planning permission in principle for residential development on the site which is beside the Clyde, off Lithgow Way, near the playpark. A previous application five years ago was rejected because the land was set aside for commercial use in the masterplan for the area.
