Managing Director Appointed At PG Paper

Greenock -based international paper trading company PG Paper has appointed a managing director.
Chris McKendrick was most recently chief executive of Scottish luxury beauty and home fragrance brand Arran Aromatics.
He said: “I am looking forward to mapping out and delivering the next steps in the PG success story."
PG Paper, established by entrepreneurial couple Poonam and Puneet Gupta in 2003, has experienced exponential growth in recent years and now trades in 55 countries around the globe.
Puneet said: “We are delighted to have secured someone of Chris's calibre to lead the PG team. He brings formidable experience and knowledge, which I am certain will support and develop PG Paper's international presence across our key markets.”
International appointments have also been made in Turkey and China to support the ambitious company’s growth plans.
PG Paper has also established offices in New York and Gothenburg in recent months.
Turnover to 31 March 2019, is expected to be in excess of £50million. (Previous year-end turnover was £36.2million).
The company has extended its customer base in a number of emerging markets across Latin America, China, Africa and Eastern Europe in 2017/2018.
