Ri Supports Local Business Advertising

Riverside Inverclyde is delighted to announce the availability of the six advertising hordings on Main Street in Greenock for local business use only. The boards, which have proven to be a popular space for national brands to advertise, have previously sub-let the use of the hoardings to JC Decaux.

However from August 2017, the boards will be made available for exclusive use by Inverclyde businesses, in line with ri's strategy to help growth in local businesses. With five 48 sheet boards and one 96 sheet, there will be plenty of opportunities for local businesses to promote themselves to a wider market.

Andrew Bowman, Head of Business Investment at Riverside Inverclyde said:

"As a key site on the entrance and exit to the A8, the Main Street advertising hoardings offers local businesses a great opportunity to promote their company and brand to the passing traffic. There is a number of alternative sites across Inverclyde that national brands can utilise and therefore Riverside Inverclyde has an opportunity to help raise the profile of local brands, which is vital to the long term success and growth of businesses. The hoardings will be very keenly priced to ensure that local businesses are able to take advantage, with ri aiming to cover the costs of maintaining and owning the site only. At a time when marketing is so vital to all businesses, we expect there to be a lot of interest in the space."

Interested businesses are invited to contact Andrew to discuss current availability and prices. All boards will be let on a minimum 4 week basis, with businesses responsible for the costs of installation of their hoarding and choice of paper or weather resistent boards. 12 week and 24 week leases will also be considered by Riverside Inverclyde at a discounted rate. All installations will be handled by Riverside Inverclyde and all art work must be approved before going to print. In the interest of fairness, hoardings will be restricted to one per external company.
